Omega Assets was formed in 2019 and incorporated as a company in September 2020. In July 2022 we purchased Valley Social in the Swan Valley. In October 2022 we converted to a public company and took on a third director. In 2023 we plan on conducting a crowd funding capital raise to fund further expansion.

Managing Director
Paul Mavor
Paul is a UK and Australian registered pharmacist who has operated successful businesses in both the pharmacy and the food and beverage industries. He has worked extensively in the medical cannabis area and has a wide knowledge and understanding of the relevant licencing and compliance regime. In 2017 the company he founded, Health House International, became the first company to be granted a licence to import medicinal cannabis into Australia.
Paul saw the potential in hemp food products early following their legalisation in 2017. He was a founding shareholder in Company, and has been instrumental in the Company’s journey in developing its hemp food and beverage products, obtaining the necessary permits and licenses and finally in acquiring the Swan Valley property which is now the site of Valley Social.
Ongoing Role:
Paul is actively involved in all aspects of the Company’s business, and will spearhead its push into other markets, leveraging off his business knowledge and acumen and his understanding of marketing and distribution.
Executive Director
Olivier Letrone
Olivier is a 4th generational hospitality professional. He operates 2 major restaurants in Perth, Western Australia including C Restaurant and Swell, Mullaloo Beach, both of which received Gold Plate awards in 2021 and 2022 for excellence in their relevant categories in the Western Australian hospitality industry. Oliver’s experience and expertise in this area was one of the reasons he was invited to join the Company as a director and key stakeholder.
Originally from France, Olivier has overseen all aspects of the development and operation of Valley Social, including its overall management, staffing, development of operational processes, staffing and menu. Oliver has also provided invaluable advice and input to Company on various aspects of the marketing and development of its HERBEE and CHANVRE products.
Ongoing: Once Valley Social is operating in a steady state, Oliver will provide ongoing consulting to the Company on its various activities and operations (including Valley Social), as well as input into both CHANVRE beef and HERBEE products and their distribution, marketing, and presentation.
Non Executive Director
Anthony Ailakis
Anthony is currently actively involved in the management of a beef farming operation in south west of Western Australia. He is trained as a commercial lawyer, but after a number of years in the mining and exploration industry, is now focussing his energies on farming and agricultural matters.
He shares an interest in hemp foods and beverages and recognises their potential, both from a nutritional and a sustainability perspective, but also as a marketable product which has the potential to appeal to a wide customer base. He is uniquely placed to assist the Company explore the synergies between the beef farming industry and hemp foods.
Through his involvement in the beef farming operation, Anthony has enabled Company’s access to premium grass fed beef and has been instrumental in the development of the CHANVRE BEEF product. Anthony has also assisted Company with its development of a hemp crop, its intellectual property protection with respect to the development of the HERBEE products, as well as matters related to its property purchase and general contracting.
Anthony will have an ongoing non executive role with Company on an ad hoc basis for strategic and high level issues and with particular focus on the beef and agricultural aspects of the Company’s business
